What is the Annual Budget?
Every year, the Village President and Board of Trustees review and approve the Village's Annual Budget. The Village Administrator and Finance Manager are instrumental in the compilation of the Budget, which establishes management's fiscal plan for the year and controls departmental outlays, fund expenditures, and capital purchases throughout the year. Copies of the Annual Budget can be obtained online, in person at the Village Hall, or requested by email from admin@indianheadpark-il.gov
