Walk-In and Appointments Available!

Cook County is now offering walk-in availability for COVID vaccines at the Tinley Park and Matteson sites today, Thursday, April 22, 2021, through Saturday, April 24, 2021.

Anyone interested in getting a vaccine who doesn't already have an appointment will be allowed to register onsite Wednesday through Saturday at the two mass vaccination locations.

The sites will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday for walk-ins and those with appointments. For more information visit the

Appointments for several of our Cook County Community Vaccination Centers are available. All-State of Illinois residents aged 16 years or older are eligible to receive the COVID vaccine. 16 and 17-year-olds can only receive the Pfizer vaccine and must be physically accompanied by a parent or guardian. Following guidance from the FDA and CDC, Cook County Health will pause the use of the J&J vaccine until the FDA and CDC complete their review.
