Citizen Information Center

Government transparency promotes accountability and provides information to citizens about what their Government is doing. The Citizen's Information Center is where the public can obtain most information about the Village of Indian Head Park, such as elected and administrative officials, meeting information, public records, and more.

This page serves as a central location for accessing Village information. This is and will be an ongoing project so please check back often as more information is added.

The Illinois Policy Institute (IPI) created a 10-point transparency checklist to hold government and elected officials accountable to the citizens and taxpayers, providing a "best practices" framework to improve government transparency throughout the state of Illinois. Mayor Hinshaw and the Board of Trustees are committed to open and honest government. The objective is to go above and beyond the IPI transparency checklist. If you don't see something here that you want to know about, please contact John Durocher, Village Administrator at 708-246-3080 ext. 104 or via email.
