Water & Sewer Utility Billing
Indian Head Park supplies water and sewer services to some, but not all of its residents. For those residents who are serviced by the LaGrange Highlands Sanitary District, more information is available by calling 708-246-5657. Utility billing applies to residents receiving their water and sewer services from Indian Head Park. The utility bill reflects the cost of maintaining our underground sewer line and our water distribution system. It also includes the cost of purchasing water from the Village's water supplier, the City of Countryside.

Final Water Read
- Access and complete the Discontinuing Indian Head Park Water Account Application.
- Once the Administration Department obtains the information contained within the form, a final water read can be scheduled.

Requirements
In order to establish water/sewer utility service, new residents must:
- Fill out a New Water Account Form.
- Provide the Village with a copy of their government issued photo identification
- Pay a $250 security deposit
Paying By Check
Please make checks payable to the Village of Indian Head Park, Include your account number and "Security Deposit" on your check, so that your payment will be applied accurately. Residents may apply in person at the Village Hall at 201 Acacia Drive.
Pay By Credit / Debit Card
The Village now can collect payments by Credit/Debit Cards. You can pay in person at the Village Hall, pay through our Online Payment Center, or call the Water Billing Department at 708-246-3080.Automatic Payment
The Village now offers automatic payments for all water utility bills. The IHP AutoPay feature allows you to pay your bills with automatic debits from your bank account. With IHP AutoPay, you will not have to remember to pay your bill and there are no service fees. To sign up fill out the Indian Head Park Water AutoPay Form and submit in person to Village Hall or by email Argelia Garbacz. Rates & Billing Information
Calculating the Combined Water & Sewer Bill
Residential water and sewer rates were adjusted effective January 1, 2018. Please read how your bill is calculated for more information.
Residential Rates
Residents are billed bi-monthly or every two months, at the following rates:
- Water: $11.60 per 1,000 gallons (plus $35.82 service availability charge per month)
- Sewer: $0.70 per 1,000 gallons (plus $12.69 service availability charge per month)
