Vehicle Stickers
Vehicle stickers are required for all motor vehicles registered or housed in the Village of Indian Head Park. Application forms are mailed the first week of May and must be displayed by June 30th of each year. If you do not receive a pre-printed application by May 15th, please visit the office to complete a application (or download it below and submit by mail or drop-box). Late charge penalties are in effect on July 14th of each year. Please be aware that July 13th is the last date to avoid late charges. Parking tickets may still be issued anytime after June 30th to vehicles with no valid sticker.
Transfers
A licensee may transfer a vehicle sticker from the vehicle originally assigned to another like vehicle in the same year by purchasing a transfer sticker for $2.00. Presentation of a portion of the old sticker or the receipt provided at purchase is required.
New Vehicles
New vehicles purchased or leased as an addition (not replacement) must display a sticker within 30 days. A dated bill of sale is required at time of purchase. If you prefer, you may download a blank application below and submit it by mail or drop-box. Please include a copy of the dated bill of sale with your application and payment.
New Residents
New residents must purchase a vehicle sticker within 30 days of becoming a resident. Proof of occupancy (lease agreement, closing contract, moving company receipt, etc.) is required at time of purchase. Blank forms are available during regular business hours in the Administration Office. If you prefer, you may download a blank application below and submit it by mail or drop-box. Please include a copy of your proof of occupancy with your application and payment.
Sticker Placement
Place the sticker on the lower passenger side of the windshield. Please remove all old vehicle stickers.
Blank Application
You may download and print a blank application to complete and submit along with payment by mail or utilizing the drop-box located at the north end of the Administration Office parking lot. If purchasing by mail or drop-box, please use a check or money order payable to Village of Indian Head Park.
