Municipal Code References
A codification of the general ordinances of the Village of Indian Head Park from 1959 through 1994 were indexed by Book Publishing Company in 1994, and has been kept current by regular supplementation. The Code is organized by subject matter under an expandable three-factor decimal numbering system which is designed to facilitate supplementation without disturbing the numbering of the existing provisions.
A supplement to the Municipal Code was incorporated in January, 1997 and September, 1997 to include ordinances through # 97-7. The Indian Head Park Municipal Code may be reviewed at the Municipal Facility, at 201 Acacia Drive, Indian Head Park. The Municipal Code is organized to make the laws of the Village as accessible as possible to officials, employees and citizens of the community.
