FINANCE DEPARTMENT

The Finance Department is responsible for the Village's revenues, including taxes, fees, bills, and all other monetary concerns. Department responsibilities include:but are not limited to:
  • Collecting and tracking all Village revenues to ensure both accuracy and safety
  • Maintaining financial records for the Village 
  • Ensuring debts are promptly satisfied
  • Processing Payroll
  • Administering Accounts Payable
  • Safeguarding Village assets through adherance to sound financial management practices and procedures
  • Providing the public, Village Board, and staff with the financial analysis needed to develop appropriate policies
  • Preparing, issuing, and administering the annual Village Budget
  • Facilitating the Annual Audit
